Deadlift 200kg + 40kg

Chins 10 strict

My goals arent disimilar. I think the 200kg Dead isnt far off! As for 200kg squat, thats a different story, especiallya as i havent squatted in ages :(

I think you will get the 200kg DL on the next CFT. you were born to dead lift.
Lets get you back under that bar for some squats.
