Friday night Session went well.
Squats: 3x5 130kg
deadLift: 2x150kg
Bench: 1x4 110kg. Tried to Bench 120kg but failed. Doug managed to press it and it was a new PB for him.
Saturday, did not do the run as scheduled.
Sunday: Another good session but reall strugerling with completing not the weight bu the amount of lifts.
Squat: 2x5 140kg.
